For the benefit of the pilgrims, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board provides clean, well maintained and very economical accommodation. This accommodation is available at Jammu (at Vaishnavi Dham and Saraswati Dham near Railway Station), at Katra (at Niharika Yatri Niwas and Shakti Bhawan situated at the Bus stand) Katra. Another 700 bedded accommodation, Trikuta Bhawan, Katra is available for the Yatries. This building is situated near the 2nd Yatra counter (YRC II), Katra. Accommodation for the Yatries is also available at Adkuwari, Sajichatt and at main Bhawan.

For the convenience of the Yatries, a number of halls have been provided at at Adhkuwari, Sanjichhat & Bhawan. Pilgrims can take rest here while waiting for their turn for the Darshans of the Holy Goddess or before proceeding further. These halls are available free of cost but their availability is on a first come first served basis. Pilgrims can also spend the night in these halls. Toilet facilities have been made available here.

For the convenience of the pilgrims, Blanket Stores, Toilet Blocks, Bhojanalayas & Catering Units and a Medical Aid Centre have been opened up in the near vicinity of these accommodations units.

During days of heavy rush, free accommodation is also made available at Katra in the Niharika complex. Accommodation in the form of sheds is also made available near the Yatra Parchi counter II (YRC-II), adjacent to the New Bus Stand (Bus Stand No. II ). Besides accommodation, blankets are also provided free of cost.

For online booking you can register through our website create user name and password, close all links and open the website page again. Logon with the user name and password at the next page at left side click on room booking, agreement page is open click on continue, at next page select location, date etc. and click on check availability if it will show “A” means available if “NA” means not available. If it shows A click on continue at bottom of page. At the end it will shows payment gateway you click on that, link will open the bank site you can enter credit card number, CVV number (at back side of credit card) and expiry date. If the bank will accept your credit card and the message appear for Non square site you can click on yes. Your booking is completed. You can obtain the printout of said page.

For check your booking you  can logon with username and password at devotee zone it will shows all transactions which is successful. Otherwise booking is failure, you can check with your bank if your amount deducted please mail your transaction detail trace no., order no. or username and transaction date at admin@maavaishnodevi.org,  helpdesk@maavaishnodevi.org.
