Deccan aviation and Pawan Hans boards helicopter from Katra on the foothills and the flight will drop you at Sanjhichatt. This visit to the sacred shrine, enveloped by the clouds is the beginning of a breathtaking heli-hop.

You can register by click on New Devotee sign up create user name and password, close all links and open the website page again. Logon with the user name and password at the next page click Helicopter Services, at next page read terms and conditions, select date, route, no. of passenger, time etc. click on Accept, at next page enter other passenger detail. At the end click on payment gateway, link open the bank site you can enter credit card number, CVV number (at back side of credit card) and expiry date. If the bank will accept your credit card and the message appear for Non square site you can click on yes. Your booking is completed. You can obtain the printout of said page.

For check your booking you  can logon with username and password at devotee zone it will shows all transactions which is successful. Otherwise booking is failure, you can check with your bank if your amount deducted please mail your transaction detail trace no., order no. or username and transaction date at admin@maavaishnodevi.org,  helpdesk@maavaishnodevi.org.

Booking not allotted against Failure/Not captured transaction.

1.  Passengers are requested to report at the departure heliport one hour before the notified departure time of the flight or at Reporting Time mentioned in the PTD. Passengers reporting beyond these timings shall be treated as “NO SHOW” passengers and the Operator reserves the right to allot the seat to other passengers.

2.  Infants below 2 years of age will be carried free of cost. However, infants will be carried in the lap of the acoperatoring adult. In case of dispute regarding age of infant, valid proof of age shall be the deciding factor

Pre-ponement or postponement of booking once done shall not be permissible

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

In case of Cancellation:

a) 25 to 48 hours before flight departure time: Rs.500 shall be deducted and  

    balance refunded.

b) 24 hours or  less, upto  01 hour before flight departure time: 50% of  total

    fare refunded.

c) Less than one hours before flight time :  NO Show and NO Refund.

d) Flight cancellation by operator:   Full fare refund

The refund of fare in respect of Cancellations of online bookings of Shrine Board shall be made by the operators and re-imbursement thereof shall be claimed from the Manager, Enquiry and Reservation, Niharika Complex, Katra on daily basis.
